Try to config your VM to only have 1 vCPU. This has worked for me. Have a look at: http://forum.ipxe.org/showthread.php?tid=8115

I have had the same problem but my BSOD Error was "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED". After Setting the CPU to only 1 vCPU it has working.

With my version from 07.12.2014 all works fine. With one of the last Updates all our VMWare vmxnet3 http downloads are really slow. Any Ideas?
