What is the the current recommended Syslinux code revision for compiling iPXE boot images?

I believe any recent version should work. Also, it looks like only "isolinux.bin" from Syslinux is needed when building "ipxe.iso". If you are not to build ISO boot images, I've never have problem compiling iPXE without Syslinux... (but correct me if I am wrong).
