Oh ISA ... I think the best we can do is try to read the code, and than maybe compare that to for example linux sources if that does support that NIC.
But in the end, the only way to know is to test, unless someone else can give you insight into this, don't get your hopes up tho.

I built an image and burned it to ROM, but it will be a few days before I get a working ISA system to test with.
Meanwhile, I found the manual for this card (SMC EtherEZ 8416T) and it only mentions ROM sizes of 8, 16 and 32kb, so I'm not sure if my 64kb iPXE image will be feasible anyway. We shall see...
