I tried to use colour and cpair in iPXE menu but it doesn't looks any help. Is there a configure file which defines the brack ground color? or can I inject a picture? I think it requires to comment out more components in some place in the make file?

may be you have to re-compile iPXE with CONSOLE_CMD...
