I already apply cow on aoe, using script from http://etherboot.org/wiki/appnotes/cow
But acctualy i just copy & paste that script, I didn't realy understand how that script work.
This script apply for image file only. How about if i want to cow on /dev/sdb?
Is that possible to using this script? How to modified this script or may there are any other way?

You can use CoW on any backing device (including /dev/sdb). You will need somewhere separate to store the modified blocks (e.g. a file, or a separate device).

I would suggest trying to learn slightly more about how CoW actually works, rather than just copy-pasting that script. You can probably get some help in the #ipxe IRC channel.
