I see only one thread here that mentions Android, but I don't know that it was related to stick PC devices.

The main hurdles I foresee are finding a model that:
  • has supported devices integrated (WiFi chipset, etc.)
  • can be re-flashed to accept an iPXE image - if it's in fact possible to build a compatible image
Has anyone experimented with this or heard of any models with a configuration likely to work? Or worth a try?

Most Android sticks don't support PXE because that is an Intel platform feature. Most Android sticks are based on ARM and don't have any netboot support.
