Hello!

Just tried to build images on Live Ubuntu 18.04.3 desktop amd64 and got this error:

Unrecognised relocation type 10
It's bin-x86_64-efi. Targets bin-i386-pcbios, bin-x86_64-pcbios and bin-i386-efi have no problem(except for missing option -fno-pie in CFLAGS).

Is there any recommended build environment or is it bug?
