ipxe and eeupdate - k_ar_l - 2014-07-10 17:26

My NIC came with a utility called eeupdate. Does anyone have instructions they could share on updating my NIC with iPXE using eeupdate?

I don't know how to use the eeupdate tool you refer to, but you can find some general information on burning your network adapter's EEPROM on http://ipxe.org/howto/romburning.

It is still recommended to use chainloading instead of ROM burning, if possible. It is less risky. See http://ipxe.org/howto/chainloading for more details.
