Heyo all,
Is there an example how do i install Ubuntu over the HTTP protocol. i also have NFS enable and samba (wich faster?)

Yes, there are example net-install examples for Ubuntu 12.04 linked from http://ipxe.org/examples/. You might need to modify them slightly for Ubuntu 14.04.
