I was able to use IPXE with different network cards; however, the above card does not work. The card is from Microchip and would appreciate if you can help out.

Some SMSC USB NICs have been supported lately. Try the latest build and find the specific build you need that has these drivers enabled. Check the source code for which drivers that is.
