@scan80269, I just did an install.wim surgery and removed the contents of pagefiles key but am still getting the BSOD. Apparently, you have to clear the value post-install.

You need to remove the pagefile.sys entry at the registry.

I presume you're wanting to install into an iscsi target. You need to install Windows 10 from WinPE (with iscsi stuff built-in).
