DHCP Gateway Issue

Question DHCP Gateway Issue
See attachment. The first request gets the gateway when iPXE goes to through the dhcp process it does not grab the gateway. The DHCP server is an Infoblox DNS/DHCP appliance with a IPv4 Fixed Address associated with that MAC address. Any ideas?
