ASIX USB to Ethernet

Hi jwillis84,

I would be interest to try out pxe booting a Lenovo Yoga 2 pro with asix based Lenovo usb dongle.

I tried building you ipxe branch on a 64bit Ubuntu 14.04 but ran in to a problem.

Code:
