ASIX USB to Ethernet

I added my own ASIX 88178 to the hardware list in asix.c, the device could be found on 1/4 of the systems I use but still didn't function with a dhcp timeout. And, unfortunately, I won't be able to use it just yet as 3 of the 4 computers I'm using use incompatible usb host controllers.

This will make ipxe/pxe much more usable for many people. I'll be paying close attention to this thread. Do you happen to have a blog jwillis84?

ps: I found a long list of ASIX 88xxx devices here, which includes both vendor and product ids.
