Chainloading iPXE (HTTP), does not work

I'll try to re-combile the whole package again.

I'm using the simple build syntax found on official iPXE documentation:

make bin/undionly.kpxe EMBED=demo.ipxe

Where demo.ipxe is a plain text file such as

  dhcp
  chain http://boot.ipxe.org/demo/boot.php

The odd thing is I don't get any any errors in compile time.
Perhaps I should use an apsolute paths i.e.:

make /full/path/to/bin/undionly.kpxe EMBED=/full/path/to/my/custom/demo.ipxe
