iPXE blank screen on specific HW

I think this card should be supported by the intelx driver, so I would recommend you try out ipxe.pxe instead of undionly.kpxe and see how it goes. This issue you're seeing seems to be caused by some kind of memory corruption between iPXE and some other hardware. Try to build with DEBUG=intel,intelx if you're still having issues and report the problem either on the mailing-list or on IRC (or here).
