It seems like your issue when using the Realtek NIC is with your WDS setup and how it is confused when run via iPXE. There are many threads on this forum that deals with how to start WDS properly (search and you shall find), although the recommended approach is to use http://ipxe.org/wimboot as explained in this howto: http://ipxe.org/howto/winpe
