ASUS AT5IONT-I: iPXE hangs on "iPXE Inicjalcizing devices..."

Ok - I finally managed to compile undionly.kkpxe.
With this, boot process hangs on http://ipxe.org/err/040ee1
Issuing

Code:

"ifconf -c dhcp net0"

gives http://ipxe.org/err/4c1060
I tried configure static IP and ping from DHCP server. It timeouts.
Looking on ifstat output shows:

Link:up, TX:8, TXE:0, RX:0, RXE:0

It looks like iPXE can't read data from NIC.
