efi booting problem

hi everyone..

I try to boot using ipxe.efi for efi mode.
The boot in VMWare works properly, but not working properly in real PC (DELL).

i used ipxe.efi file : make bin-x86_64-efi/ipxe.efi DEBUG=efi_driver
when I used snponly.efi :make bin-x86-64/snponly.efi ,too.

PC: Dell OptiPlex 3010
NIC: rtl8168
