The snp build uses SNP or NII interface which must be provided by the firmware, so you need to have that loaded from NIC ROM or elsewhere for snp to work.
In regards to having a combination of drivers in one build use snp--intel.efi, as described at for example http://ipxe.org/appnote/buildtargets But it seems that what you need is a debug session for the specific NIC and it's use in iPXE with it's native drivers. could you grab the pciid, for example with lspci -nn ?
