As such you will have to get implementations of those functions to accept the "wrong-bit" binary, (which AFAIK does not exist) This is unlikely to be implemented in iPXE if at all possible, partly because it is "rare" and partially because it would have security implications which would limit the possibility to have iPXE signed.
