Sounds like a perfect match for iPXE. Are you trying to avoid having to configure DHCP options, or do you need to work without even using DHCP for IP address allocation? If the latter, how are you expecting to assign IP addresses? You can hardcode a static IP address into each iPXE instance if necessary, but that seems like a lot of work. Michael |
