iPXE vs VMware Workstation 5 or 8 on WinXP Host

iPXE does not work in this configuration: Tiny PXE Server 1.0.0.6 + VMware Workstation 5 or 8 + ipxe.iso + pxelinux 3.86

VMware hangs while loading menu 'default':
   

After change Tiny PXE TFTP server to TFTPD32 by Ph. Jounin all working good. It seems that it is the fault of the Tiny PXE Server but this Tiny server working good in other machines or config:

• if boot VMware Workstation 5 or 8 from ISO gPXE 1.0.1 this working good
• if boot MS VPC 2007 from ISO iPXE working good
• if boot real PC from ISO iPXE working good
  

A very important thing:
VMware hangs only during the first run virtual machine. If now reset machine with Ctrl+Alt+Delete boot working good !

I blame the creator of Tiny PXE Server 1.0.0.6 (Erwan L.) for improper operations TFTP but I'm not sure if it is clearly problem Tiny PXE Server

VMware Workstation 5 and 8 use the same ethernet pcnet32. Maybe this is problem driver pcnet32.c in iPXE ?
