Changing default NIC 'pcnet32' to 'e1000' in VMware machine .vmx:
Code:
ethernet0.virtualDev = "e1000"
resolve only other problem - download ISO image over HTTP protocol from Tiny PXE Server. Tested after reset VMware (Ctrl+Alt+Delete).
VMware hangs at pxelinux/default also after use e1000 NIC :-(

P.S. While writing topic: iPXE vs VMware Workstation 5 or 8 on WinXP Host specially used string the 'VMware Workstation' instead 'pcnet32' :-)
