I'm assuming you meant to say set netX/gateway 0.0.0.0, not setX. Are you using native drivers or undionly.kpxe when running iPXE? Could you show us a screenshot of the BSOD (a camera snap works fine, just make sure it's readable)? Does the Windows server installation actually have the network drivers installed? Are they properly set to boot-start? A logged boot might help shed some light on the issue. If you are sanbooting Windows, the iBFT gateway value should point to the iSCSI server ONLY if it is in the same subnet, but if it's on another subnet, then the typical gateway value MUST be used.
