iPXE and USB-C

I finally managed to get into the ipxe shell (by using esc-b instead of ctrl-b, thanks to another discussion here), and I ran dhcp and ifstat on my various adapters with the following results:

Dell USB-C to Ethernet NIC:

Can anybody make any sense out of this?

PS: 78:4f:43:55:b0:35 is the built-in wireless NIC.
