build UEFI ready ipxe-ISO
Hi there,

Anyone know if it is possible to generate a UEFI compatible ipxe ISO?
The current generated ISO does not seem to work on UEFI.

There was some chatting about making UEFI-compatible ISOs, but the feature has not yet been added to the Makefile. Build bin-x86_64-efi/ipxe.efi (64-bit EFI binary) and put it on your favorite filesystem and boot that for now.
