Fedora 27 VM Does Not Receive a PXE Response from WDS
I have a created a VM running Windows 10 in virt-manager in Fedora 27. I want to network boot from our Windows Deployment Services server (WDS).
Our WDS has a delay of 15 seconds configured. When I run tcpdump, I don't see a PXE response from the WDS. It seems that ifconf times out before 15 seconds. Is there a way to lengthen the timeout for ifconf? I have seen some iPXE scripts to retry dhcp, but scripts seem to require recompiling. |

RE: Fedora 27 VM Does Not Receive a PXE Response from WDS
I was able to get WDS PXE boot to work with Fedora 27 virt-manager by lowering the WDS PXE Response Delay to 7 seconds.
