Sorry, newbie Q's...

Apart from the test demo image at http://boot.ipxe.org/demo/boot.php are there any other images that can be booted via http. Is there a list anywhere?

Second Q - What would one need to do to host such a set of bootable images? i.e. Is it just a case of adding a few files to a folder or does the web server need to be configured at all?
