I am hoping I don't have to go compile one as my linux skills are novice at best and I really didn't want to spend the next week messing with that. Is there one on the ISO and if so, is there a reason for me not to use it?

There's an experimental "ipxelinux" branch of syslinux available at

http://git.ipxe.org/people/mcb30/syslinu.../ipxelinux

I have created a zip file containing the ipxelinux.0 binary built from this code as of today:

.zip  ipxelinux.zip (Size: 91.53 KB / Downloads: 73)

This is completely untested; please let me know if it does or does not work for you.
