If you stroll up the top of this post, you would see that I used kernel instead of chain as well.
kernel http://myserver/vmware/esxi_6.5.1/efi/boot/mboot.efi -c http://myserver/vmware/esxi_6.5.1/boot.cfg

Either ipxe or Exsi shall look into this issue. I still it on desktop platform, however, mobile platform is fine.
