If you haven't already read the information at http://ipxe.org/efi/vision I urge you to read that to understand how iPXE can help you in an UEFI environment. From what I understand, adding VVVVDDDD.efirom to the MB firmware should give you a network boot target in EFI, but you only have the basic features an EFI environment gives you (no iPXE HTTP boot and such). The EFI firmware should probably already have a PXE-enabled firmware for the network card that works.

Do you really need to run the machines in EFI mode for your use-case?
