iPXE boot from a Hyper-V PV NIC?
Hi there,

Is there any way to iPXE boot from a Hyper-V VM running with their PV NIC?
I can only get the legacy NIC to work with Hyper-V.
Thanks a lot.

No; we don't currently have support for Hyper-V PV NICs. I have looked into it; the relevant documentation is available, and it looks like something that would be fun to add in the unlikely event that I get some free time (or that someone wants to fund the development).

Someone recently asked if Hyper-V was implemented and referred to this post
And yes it have been for quite some time first introduced in https://git.ipxe.org/ipxe.git/commit/d77...b8db1d3de8
Relevant Hyper-V commits can be found via https://git.ipxe.org/ipxe.git?a=search&h...&s=hyper-v
