Here is my script:
kernel kernel64.dat initrd=ramdisk_merged64.dat initrd=dat4.dat edd=off MBRCRCS force_modules=usbhid quiet
initrd ramdisk_merged64.dat
initrd dat4.dat
boot

The files are stored on my tftp server.
