Load image in usb-stick

Hi!
Maybe load local image from USB stick?
Let us say, in sdb5 is memtest.iso. How to load it?

iPXE is an NBP which stands for Network boot program
And it is not an Disk boot program, there is some support for using file:// in efi.
But again this is not what iPXE is intended for.
